Instructions ignored blatantly. It was asked to separate 3 items and don't add them to the shipment, they were not excluded which led to a mismatch of total contents in the shipment. We were informed later after we created the FBA label. Second, our shipment took 40+ days to reach US via Sea and it was checked in, but received after 60+ days. Because our cartons had missing FBA labels. Due to Ivy's mismanagement and poor communication, our product went out of stock and we received a warning from Amazon. I'd not recommend these guys for sending shipments to Amazon FBA as they don't take responsibility. Don't provide signed PODs and do little to resolve issues.
