This freight forwarder is an absolute nightmare! They managed to make every step of the shipping process a disaster. First, they shipped the goods incredibly late, causing major delays and headaches for everyone involved. When the goods finally arrived, they were incomplete, missing items and wrong label. Amazon still cannot find them. To make matters worse, they made huge mistakes in customs clearance, resulting in that I paid 6x more duty. And if that wasn't bad enough the agents demand full and complete payment for late, incomplete or even not delivered goods at all. After rejecting this he confiscating my entire goods in his warehouse. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this freight forwarder at all costs.
