It is very hard to communicate with these guys. They pasted wrong FBA labels despite sending them multiple messages. Ivy Wang reads and ignores the messages and later she said sorry I didn't see FBA labels. I asked her multiple times to recheck and see if she has used the correct FBA labels, and she confirmed that she used the correct ones - but she didn't and rather said sorry, I missed your messages. Two out of 4 packages were returned to the seller due to poor documentation and they didn't know that the packages were sitting in their warehouse and were returned while they were insisting that they were delivered. I asked them multiple times to send those returned packages again before they took some action. Extremely hard to communicate and deal with. It was a mistake to use them for simultaneous orders/packages. Won't recommend at all.

Before each shipment, I would shoot a video for you to confirm whether my work was correct. You discovered the error in time,we also corrected the error in time.And make sure that our warehouse has affixed the FBA label for you, and all previous cargo transportation was smooth,Isn't it? Because your product contains essential oils and is a sensitive product, it was returned by UPS. You can check all the logistics tracks on the UPS official website. We have also been actively communicating with UPS, but it will take time to arrange the shipment again,but your goods were shipped after 5 days again.

    Instructions ignored blatantly. It was asked to separate 3 items and don't add them to the shipment, they were not excluded which led to a mismatch of total contents in the shipment. We were informed later after we created the FBA label. Second, our shipment took 40+ days to reach US via Sea and it was checked in, but received after 60+ days. Because our cartons had missing FBA labels. Due to Ivy's mismanagement and poor communication, our product went out of stock and we received a warning from Amazon. I'd not recommend these guys for sending shipments to Amazon FBA as they don't take responsibility. Don't provide signed PODs and do little to resolve issues.
