It is very hard to communicate with these guys. They pasted wrong FBA labels despite sending them multiple messages. Ivy Wang reads and ignores the messages and later she said sorry I didn't see FBA labels. I asked her multiple times to recheck and see if she has used the correct FBA labels, and she confirmed that she used the correct ones - but she didn't and rather said sorry, I missed your messages. Two out of 4 packages were returned to the seller due to poor documentation and they didn't know that the packages were sitting in their warehouse and were returned while they were insisting that they were delivered. I asked them multiple times to send those returned packages again before they took some action. Extremely hard to communicate and deal with. It was a mistake to use them for simultaneous orders/packages. Won't recommend at all.
